Send us the brief
Tell us the team, location, budget, date and what you want people to get from the day.
CORPORATE OFFSITES, PLANNED PROPERLY.
Strategy day, leadership retreat or a team finally getting together in person — tell us the brief and we’ll shape the agenda around it.
We’ve all built the spaghetti towers. The Away Agenda is for teams ready for something better.

THE ORGANISER DESERVES A GOOD DAY TOO.
Now you’ve got 24 people, six dietary requirements, different budgets, a date that needs approval — and somebody suggesting bowling again.
Venue research. Activity options. Travel considerations. Supplier coordination. Dietary and accessibility requirements. Itineraries, confirmations and contingency plans. We take the moving parts off your desk, so you can actually be part of the day.
Send us the brief. We’ll take it from here.START WITH WHY. NOT AN ACTIVITY CATALOGUE.
The carefully structured icebreakers. The awkward first five minutes. The coffee afterwards where everyone finally starts talking.
The best connections often happen naturally — around a table, on the journey, while trying something new, or when someone gets unexpectedly competitive.
We create the conditions for those moments, with the agenda shaped around why you are bringing people together.
OUT OF THE OFFICE. INTO SOMETHING GOOD.
Space to plan, reconnect, welcome people in or celebrate a brilliant year together.
Space to think beyond the everyday.
02Clear heads, meaningful conversations.
03A change of scene for your next chapter.
04Make screen names feel like colleagues.
05Good food, fresh ideas and time well spent together.
06Mark the moments that deserve it.
START WITH WHY.
We don’t begin with an activity. We begin with what you want people to take away from the day.
Choose a purpose to add it to your brief.

IDEAS, SHAPED AROUND YOUR TEAM
Not a fixed package. Not an activity for activity’s sake. Just a good starting point, shaped around what your team needs.
STARTING POINT
For: Teams who talk about restaurants, want a reward, or need a celebration with substance.
Format: Chef-led cooking, bakery or food experience followed by a proper shared meal.
“Good food. Busy hands. One long table.”

Shape this for my teamSTARTING POINT

Shape this for my teamYour team’s day will be its own. These are simply a few good places to begin.
Illustrative formats and per-person budgets only. Availability, inclusions and planning fees are confirmed separately.
SOMETIMES THE BRIEF IS SIMPLER.
A cultural, sporting or immersive evening with genuinely good group dining. For reward, reconnection or a well-earned thank you.
Start with this ideaA high-energy celebration: interactive entertainment, immersive theatre or a competitive social experience, followed by a great dinner.
Start with this ideaA meaningful shared contribution through a credible community, conservation or cook-and-donate experience. Never a photo opportunity disguised as impact.
Start with this ideaMORE THAN A GOOD IDEA
A lovely venue is only useful if the journey, timing, food and practical details work for the people attending.
We begin with your team reality, what you want the day to achieve and anything you would rather avoid.
We explain why an option suits your team — not simply send over three links and a price.
The best days have a rhythm: shared focus, food, a change of scene and enough unstructured time for real conversation.
We compare travel, accessibility, dietary fit, weather plans, cancellation terms and budget trade-offs before the lovely idea becomes a logistical headache.
Weather changes. Travel disrupts. Suppliers have off days. We plan with a calm back-up route.
For teams that want it, we can provide transparent estimated travel and accommodation emissions, with assumptions clearly shown.
THE FULLER PICTURE.
Bringing a team together can be valuable. It also has an impact.
Our optional Offsite Impact Report provides estimated travel and accommodation emissions, a per-attendee view and clear methodology assumptions to help teams make informed choices.
Evidence-led estimates, with boundaries and limitations made clear. We do not make unsupported “sustainable”, “carbon neutral” or “net zero” claims.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON · FROM £245
For one UK offsite with up to 50 attendees, using a complete travel and accommodation data template supplied by your organisation. Includes estimated emissions by travel mode and hotel nights, totals per event and attendee, factor sources, assumptions and a concise report.
Indicative fee, separate from planning packages. Larger groups, international travel, multiple events, individual attendee data collection or substantial data gaps are quoted separately. This is not independent verification or a full corporate emissions inventory.
Include an impact reportIllustrative layout. Figures are shown only once activity data and suitable factors are available. The bars are decorative, not measured results.
Compare locations using the practical factors that shape a good offsite decision.
| Example option | Experience | Indicative cost | Travel time | Travel impact |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A · City | Foodie | £95pp | Depends on starting points | To be assessed |
| B · Countryside | Retreat | £125pp | Depends on starting points | To be assessed |
| C · Central | Creative | £85pp | Depends on starting points | To be assessed |
Concept demonstration. Comparisons require attendee origins, transport choices and a consistent method.

Founder & Experience Director
The forced icebreakers. The endless email chains. The moments when the best conversation happened over coffee afterwards.
Megan has worked in corporate organisations across science, agriculture, research, sustainability and international teams. She understands the practical reality of bringing people together across busy schedules, approvals, budgets, travel, accessibility and different ways of working.
The Away Agenda combines that corporate understanding with thoughtful experience design: making time away from the desk easier to organise and more worthwhile once everyone arrives.
LESS FORCED FUN. MORE GENUINELY GOOD TIME TOGETHER.
Will people actually enjoy it?
Can we make organising it feel easy?
Can the business understand the footprint?
THE USEFUL DETAILS.
A few weeks helps for a straightforward offsite; retreats and peak-season celebrations benefit from several months. Send your date even if it is close and we can explore what is realistic.
Yes. We source offsites across the UK, typically for groups of 6–100. Tell us where your colleagues are travelling from.
Absolutely. Start with the purpose, location and budget. You do not need to arrive with an activity in mind.
We plan around your agreed budget and separate our planning fee from supplier costs. We flag trade-offs before you commit.
The payment arrangement is agreed in your proposal. Supplier costs, deposits, cancellation terms and our fee are made clear before booking.
We recommend transport and coordinate agreed arrangements as part of your selected package or add-ons. Routes, timings and supplier terms are confirmed before booking.
Yes. We research accommodation around your location, budget and requirements, and coordinate agreed arrangements. Supplier costs are separate.
We discuss requirements early and check them with venues and catering suppliers. Share general needs in your initial brief.
We consider accessibility from the start and check the relevant facilities and support with suppliers. Please avoid sharing colleagues’ sensitive personal details in the initial brief.
On-site coordination is available through On-the-Day Support, subject to availability. Travel and any overnight costs are agreed in advance.
An optional Offsite Impact Report, from £245, can estimate travel and accommodation emissions from activity data, with methods, assumptions and limitations made clear. It supports your own reporting; it is not a claim of carbon neutrality.
